**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

THE VIEW
F110 is a south-facing unit where you can enjoy views of the lovely tropical gardens and pools in your oasis. With the custom tiled built-in bar, you can enjoy delicious meals while taking in the views and being warmed by the sun.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen features granite countertops and the cabinets and drawers have been fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare the perfect meals to start, sustain, or end the day. The dining table seats four and is a bar height table which gives you a better vantage point to see the tropical grounds outside.

LIVING AREAS
F110 is furnished to comfortably house 4. After a day in the sun and waves, sink into either the large sofa sectional or relax in the matching recliner. There is a 55-inch flat-screen TV with both Cable and blu-ray/DVD capabilities provided free of charge. Enjoy 250+ channels, High-speed cable internet is also included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - the living room has a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

The bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom and has a tub/shower combo with a separate vanity area.

SLEEPING
F110 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The bedroom in F110 - Sea Pointe includes a unique sleeping configuration that makes this vacation condo a wonderful option for groups or families that desire to sleep in a closed-off room in a bed but save money by staying in a one-bedroom. The bedroom has two comfortable queen beds where you can relax and rest well after a long day at the beach. Similar to the living room, there is a large flat screen tv in the bedroom with both Cable and blu-ray/DVD capabilities.
