F205 Good Vibes, comfortably accommodates up to four guests, making it a great choice for couples, small families, or a few friends. The primary bedroom features a brand-new (2025) plush Nectar king-sized mattress for a restful night's sleep. You'll also find a closet, a dresser, a ceiling fan and a convenient vanity area that doubles as a work desk—all with beautiful ocean views. Wind down with your favorite shows on the Smart TV, just log into your preferred streaming apps and enjoy a cozy night in. There is also another closet in the hallway for additional clothing space.

For additional sleeping space, the living room features a queen-size sofa bed with a comfortable foam mattress, making it easy to accommodate extra guests while still ensuring a good night's rest for everyone.

The bathroom features a beautifully renovated walk-in shower with custom-tiled walls—ideal for a refreshing rinse after a fun day at the beach. A separate vanity area with a brand-new lighted mirror which offers plenty of space for your belongings and personal routines.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
