THE VIEW
E1 is a two-bedroom ground-level cottage that faces Northwest towards the beach and harbor. Enjoy a delightful ocean view from the patio, living room, and master bedroom. Directly off the patio is a beautiful grassy area that allows one of the easiest accesses to the beach found at North Coast Village. The sand is immediately adjacent to the grass just past the short 2 ft sea wall.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Upon entering Sea Forever you'll find a large completely remodeled kitchen with new cabinets, counters, and appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining table seats 4 with an additional 2 seating at the counter. We would also encourage you to take your meals to the patio table so you can enjoy the sounds and breeze from the ocean while you eat. A guest favorite is enjoying your dinner meal while watching the beautiful sunsets that Oceanside has to offer.

LIVING AREAS
The living room has ample sitting room to house the condo's capacity of 6 with a comfortable sofa, reclining love seat, and a recliner chair. There is a large flat-screen TV in the living room with cable TV with 250+ channels. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

The condo has 2 bathrooms, one an ensuite bath in the master suite and the other a shower/tub combo. The master bathroom has been reconfigured to provide a large walk-in shower with beautiful custom tile.

SLEEPING
Sea Forever comfortably sleeps 6 with a King-size bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, and a Queen air mattress..
In case you have members of your party with different viewing preferences there are also flatscreen TVs with cable in both bedrooms.

EXTRAS
-This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage next to the building.
-A high chair are provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests.
-Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge.
-E1 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (4), beach towels (6), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (4). The equipment is stored in a special storage alcove on the outside corner of the cottage.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

LOCAL AREA
E1 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. A large perk of Sea Forever is the walk-up/drive-up accessibility from its location in North Coast Village, which makes it perfect for those with disabilities or who can't do stairs, it also makes it especially convenient for grocery trips, unloading luggage, and dropping off sandy equipment after a beach run. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.

If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. North Coast Village is so centrically located you can walk to everything near the beach and your car can stay in its secure, underground parking spot- no hassling for beach parking!
