„Spent a long weekend with close family. House has everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen and main floor layout. Perfect location with basketball court across street and playground for the little ones. Walking distance to town and beach. Would definitely come back!“

„No Wi-Fi or television cable at the property. Communication with “property manager” was completely poor. Doesn’t respond. Place could be much nicer if maintained properly. Chipped walls, broken glass, no paper towels or toilet paper. Wood flooring with tons of scratches and creeks. Only saving grace was the shower pressure and beds were fully clean. Gets the job done if ya need a few beds to crash on but don’t expect much otherwise“

„Daniel runs a great property in spring lake, 5 minute walk from the train, cozy with the essentials (beach chairs and badges) provided for. You can spend the entire trip without need for a car if you like to walk. 10-12 min walk to beach or 10 minute walk to town. Very safe, residential neighborhood. The only reason we’re knocking this to 4 stars is because there was a power issue (took out some of the lights but all the essentials including AC remained active) and cleanliness (unit could’ve ...

„The home is beautiful, spacious, and conveniently located. Our two son’s families stayed with us and local relatives visited. Plenty of room with a well stocked kitchen to make all of our meals. Top floor area was perfect for our two young grandsons to have plenty of room to play. Everyone loved it.“
