The home has replaced the front and back decks with composite decking. New outdoor furniture has been added to the property for your leisure as well. At home, start your day with a cup of coffee on the private back deck, enjoying the tree and water view. Inside, you’ll find a bright, spacious layout with hardwood floors and high ceilings. Whip up some breakfast in the full, well-equipped kitchen, then sit down as a family to eat together at the adjacent table. After breakfast, send the kids out to explore on the provided bikes while you clean up. Hop on the seasonal beach shuttle for a day at the sand or hit the community pool to stay closer to home. At the end of the day, relax in the screened porch and fire up the gas grill for a family cookout. Watch a little TV or upload the day’s pics to social media with the free WiFi before calling it a night in one of three well-appointed bedrooms. The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available
