  • Genießen Sie ein Zuhause am Strand. Warum in einem beengten Hotelzimmer übernachten, wenn Sie eine geräumige, 300 Quadratmeter große Eigentumswohnung für weniger Geld genießen können? Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Badezimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer - bequem Platz für bis zu sechs Personen. Jedes Schlafzimmer und der Hauptraum verfügen über einen Flachbild-TV, Kabel und einen DVD-Player. Die neu gestaltete Küche bietet Granitoberflächen und Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl sowie Küchenhelfer in Hülle und Fülle. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Strandtücher und andere Notwendigkeiten sind bereits vorrätig. Unser Strand- / Poolschrank ist mit Boogie-Boards, Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirm, Sandspielzeug und einem Strandkarren für alles ausgestattet! Die Strandrampe befindet sich auf der anderen Straßenseite und bietet Zugang zum Fahrstrand im Norden und zum Nichtfahrstrand im Süden. Auf dem Gelände befinden sich ein Sprudelbecken, ein Tennisplatz, ein Shuffleboard-Platz und Wäschemöglichkeiten. Nahe gelegene Sehenswürdigkeiten: Daytona International Speedway, Disney World, Kennedy Space Center, St. Augustinus.

This property, met and exceeded our expectations. The property was within walking distance to the beach and local stores and the 24 hour convenience store. Was within a fair amount of driving time to the boardwalk. For our first ever air b and b, we rate this property a 10 out of 10 stars, will recommend and return. This property was our home away from home, had everything we could or would need aside from food items but that was to be expected.

Nice Place

Owner is very communicative. Bed was comfortable and kitchen has everthing you need for your stay. We're big bike riders and the location was perfect for riding on the beach.

Wonderful Place

We absolutely loved staying here! Right across from the beach! Easy access to all things fun in Dayton Beach! The condo lacked nothing! It was so well equipped and comfortable! We had great communication with Richard! We would definitely stay again!

My granddaughters and I took our annual beach trip to Daytona Beach Shores this year and we were so happy with our stay. The condo was perfect for the three of us and even better than described. It was larger than expected and everything was perfect. I loved the way the hosts had everything labeled for the guest and we truly didn’t have issues with anything. We were able to relax and enjoy area and the beach was right across the street. We were able to cook meals in the spacious kitchen without tripping over each other and it had everything we could possibly need. The patio was great to sit and read my kindle, and we enjoyed the pool as well., lots of space and chairs, it was nice to also have a little shade in the pool area too. It was nice to feel safe in the secured building too and we didn’t worry about safety and to have our own dedicated parking space was wonderful. We really liked the area in Daytona Beach Shores, it was away from the main areas and didn’t have too much traffic but still close enough for the girls and I to get out and do things. The owners were great to work with and honesty everyone in the building was wonderful too, thank you for our awesome relaxing vacation.

Friendly quiet

This place has a nice kitchen which I appreciated. The building was quiet and friendly and a short walk to the beach. With everything we needed in room. Was very convenient and accommodating.

Very nice and reasonable priced for a place across the beach

We stayed here during a recent visit to move in one of children who will be attending college in Port Orange. The condo was very clean and perfectly located for our visit. The pictures on listing were spot on and we would stay here again. Richard was very responsive.

A beautiful 5 star Condo!

This was a beautiful condo! You can see the time and care the owners put into this place. Beautifully decorated with everything already there that you would need. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who may be contemplating staying in the area.

Close to the beach

Condo was furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Owner helped us with TV operation, and contacted cable company for repairs. Condo was clean and met all of our needs. Only problem was noise from “Bike Week” and property owner had no control over that. Overall a very relaxing time. Perfect weather for the two weeks. Easy Beach access for daily walks.

Just right! Location, Location, Location!

Great location, easy to the get beach (just across the street and down the ramp), easy to get in and out of the condo and close to everything Daytona Beach Shores and area has to offer. The Pool area is very nice as it gets sun all day long. Very well kept in all the common areas of condo. Laundry facility works great. The Condo has a spacious kitchen, a spacious living room, and the beds are very comfy. We would stay again .If you are looking for very user friendly, easy beach access, nice condo that cost is very reasonable...look no further. This is it!

Most pleasant experience

This property is not one of the most but is the only one that I can honestly say was my best experience. To access the property is very easy and he provided steps by step clearly. Once I made it to the property the unit was extremely clean and neat. The owner was very polite and pleasant. This property deserves more then a five star if I could give it a million stars I would. Thank you for such an extremely experience!!!!!!!!
