„Everything was fantastic, except I want to mention that there are beach burrs/ stickers along the path to the beachAnd at the edge of the grassy dunes and beach which Our dog stepped in and he could not really walk or go to the beach for the rest of the vacation. Keep your dog on the path! Epic house. Kids loved the little movie theater.Comfortable beds, great views— loved it.“

„We had a great stay at the Happy as a clam cottages. The cottage was very nice and clean. Being able to eat a few meals in using the full kitchen, BBQ was a plus. The location was perfect for our interests (it is very close to 2 very fine oyster farms/restaurants, several state parks, and a short drive to both the bay and oceanside of the peninsula. We would highly recommend.“

„We stay here every year and love the property and the owners. It’s clean, has everything we need for a 4 day stay - kitchen, board games, washer dryer, comfy beds! A short 10 minute drive to the main beach access and main strip with all the activities. We will be back next year!“

„Very well organized house, clean and neat, great managers, awesome hot tub. About a 5mt walk to beach. Every kitchen appliance you could imagine. Would stay here again!“

„The home was great, clean, cozy and well maintained. new interior, big screen TV and well equipped in a quiet neighborhood. The only suggestion I have is to put fencing all of the way to the ground in the back and side yard...the fence currently has a huge space at the bottom that my small doggy slipped under twice...had to run him down in the neighborhood and then put him on a line so he couldn't just run free... but everything else is great....thanks, and will stay here again “

„Annual family ocean vacation was amazing! This home had everything we needed and was exactly as described. Communication was easy and the host was quick to respond. Home was clean and comfortable. The only complaints we could possibly come up with are : The beds are a little low for older folks, and the dining room table would be better if it seated 8 - BUT that's only if we were being real picky, which we aren't. We thought everything was great and will come back!“

„We had a comfortable , clean stay. It felt like home with having everything we could need. Enjoyed having the table on the patio to enjoy watching the beach. The key code for door made for easy access. Two king beds was nice. As well as beach towels for usage of the onsite pool and hot tub. Thank you for a relaxing stay!“
