Please know that the following is included in your price:
Our cleaning fee includes both the cost of professional cleaning upon departure and the following items:
White, fresh linens for each bed, made up prior to your arrival.
A fluffy, white bath towel for each potential guest, as well as two washcloths.
A hand towel for each bathroom sink.
A bathmat for each shower/tub.
Kitchen towels are supplied.

Amenities kits including eco-friendly products: dish soap, dish detergent, dish sponge, laundry detergent, shampoos, conditioners, body and hand soaps.

A roll of paper towels for the kitchen.
Bath tissue for each bathroom.

Mandatory damage waiver, taxes, and processing fee are also included in your total.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Age Requirement: Guests under 25 must receive pre-approval.

Smoke-Free Environment: All Pier 42 Properties are smoke-free zones.

Pets are not permitted unless otherwise authorized at this property.
Failure to acquire proper authorization will incur additional fees.

Safety First: Fire pits and deep fryers are prohibited to ensure guest safety.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Pier 42 Realty & Vacations in writing (by email or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within sixty (60) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 60 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Pier 42 Realty & Vacation Rentals.

Unauthorized late check-outs will incur additional fees.

When leaving the property, please make sure that all doors and windows are closed/locked.

Please make sure that all appliances are turned off (stove, television, iron, etc.)

Please set the thermostat accordingly: Please do not set the thermostat below 73 in the summer season or above 73 in the winter season.

No unauthorized pets on the property.

There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

No diving or glass containers in the pool area.

Elevator use: The elevator is for transporting a person(s) from one floor to another. Please do not utilize the elevator to transport groceries or luggage without person(s) in the elevator. Children are not permitted to utilize the elevator alone. Adult supervision is required. Ensure person(s) utilizing the elevator have a mobile phone on them during elevator use. Close accordion and main doors tightly on all levels. Do not attempt to open elevator doors prior to the call light turning off.

Smoking, vaping or recreational drug use is not permitted on the property.

Underage drinking is not permitted.

Please respect neighbors by keeping noise levels at a minimum, particularly in the late evening until morning.

Report any damage or maintenance issues to the property management company immediately.

Our properties are individually owned, so please respect them as if they were your own.

Do not exceed the maximum capacity for parking spaces.

Do not jump from balconies, windows, or furniture.

Be cautious of areas with steps or tripping hazards.

Wish it could be 5 stars

Communication was difficult with this property. Had to wash main floor bedding on arrival. Pool heater did not work. Keypad at door didn’t work. There were no baby gates as per emailed they did have them. The high chair was mildew covered and was not usable. The location was great! The washer and dryer were new. There were plenty of dishes and glasses for everyone.

Roaches dead in garage and pool patio also on 2nd floor. Bugs and spiders in garage and pool area. Keyless entry didnt work, battery dead. House said no pets but it had dog hair on the floor and it smelled like pee throughout. Had to go to store and get mop/cleaner. Garage door code didnt work , had to walk up stairs then take elevator down to first floor to open garage for handicap family member. Water filter in fridge needs to be replaced. Showerheads are rusted as well as shower curtain rods. Outdoor shower has a big spider web in it. Overall cleaniness of the home was disappointing

Great location but has some issues

Overall it was a good stay, the location is fantastic, beach is right there, the town of ocean isle is amazing, the house has its perks, the pool was great, outdoor shower was good, the views from the decks were great, but the house for being only 2 years old is weathered in spots, the rocking chairs are about to break, to the point no one sat in them, there were ants everywhere you turned, the mosquitos are out of control, a bug person did show up on our last day to spray, the pots and pans were cheap and already peeling, had to go buy some to use, Tons of utensils but bring tongs to use there were none, the tv situation was good, each tv was a smart tv, the wifi worked good for the amount of people, we were disappointed to not have a golf cart, it was listed in the photos and even had mention of proper charging and storage of one in the email that stellar reality sent, but we did not know it was extra until after arriving, the front door smart lock was dead so bring the keys with you when you leave, also the fan in the living room does not work , but the AC worked great. The appliances are adequate, the sofas were comfy and spacious, the dining table had plenty of room for the whole family. Some issues but overall was a good experience for my family.

Enjoyed being with family!

The location of this house is great. It's been years since I've dealth with a realty company. I didn't find out the physical address and keyless code until close to 3p the day of check-in. I had several other issues too lengthy to go into. They finally said they would give me 10% off next stay, but since I will never book with them again, that does me no good. You will get a checkout notice the night before you leave. Those instructions contradict what's in the binder in the Living room. The elevator, which wasn't working when we arrived was fixed in a timely manner. It is very slow. No one would ride in it but my husband. The house is well stocked and a short walk to the beach. They have beach chairs and lots of pool toys for kids. The neighbors behind you are right up against you with their pool. Oh, and bring bug spray!

Solid family vacation option

There were 6 adults and a toddler that stayed for a week. Check in was easy, there were a few issues requiring maintenance throughout the week but their response time was prompt. The house wasn’t the most clean upon arrival but nothing overly concerning. There was a lot of silverware, cups, plates, etc for toddlers which was a pleasant surprise. There was also a ton of beach/pool things to utilize (chairs, floats, umbrella, etc). The walk to the beach was short enough that it wasn’t miserable with a toddler riding in a wagon. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Great family house

Great home for a family vacation. Great location and access to the beach (2 minute walk, maybe?!) We loved having a golf cart. The pool was always clean and the house is updated and beautiful. We did wash some sheets and comforters while we were there because they appeared dirty. That was the only issue we had. Other than that we loved the house and the location. We had 13 total and there was space for everyone. Bathrooms were very clean. We rented bikes for the week which was nice for getting around the island. We would definitely return!
