Water's Edge is a stunning BRAND-NEW construction home located on East 2nd Street in Ocean Isle Beach! This 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home sleeps 13 and is equipped with an elevator and a private oasis in the backyard. This amazing backyard setup features an outdoor Tiki bar with mini fridge and sink, a gas grill, a sectional couch surrounding a flat-screen TV, a table and chairs seating 6, an outdoor shower.

Stunning BRAND-NEW construction home located on East 2nd Street in Ocean Isle Beach! This 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home sleeps 13 in beds (2 additional on pullout sofa) and is equipped with an elevator and a private oasis in the backyard. This amazing backyard setup features an outdoor Tiki bar with mini fridge and sink, a gas grill, a sectional couch surrounding a flat-screen TV, a table and chairs seating 6, an outdoor shower, and a sparkling blue private pool with plenty of lounge chairs, chaises and even built-in umbrellas!



This home has a reverse floor plan. Located on the top floor is where you will find an open floor plan with beautiful rustic exposed beams throughout featuring the kitchen, living and dining rooms. The pristine kitchen has quartz countertops, white subway tile backsplash, a farmhouse sink with goose neck faucet and stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove and an extra ice maker. Kitchen amenities include 2 drip coffee makers, tea kettle, toaster, blender, and mixer. The beautiful marble dining room table seats up to 8 and the kitchen island seats an additional 6 on bar stools with back support. The beautifully decorated living room has a large sectional couch and two chairs surrounding a sizable flat-screen Smart TV and built-ins on either side of the gas fireplace. Step outside on the spacious back porch and enjoy meals on low and high-top table and chairs, and relax on lounge chairs overlooking your private oasis. Climb the spiral staircase up to the top deck where you are sure to enjoy spectacular views of the Marsh and Intracoastal Waterway!



Also on this top floor you will find 2 bedrooms, both with a Queen-sized bed. One of the two bedrooms has a private en-suite bathroom with a stand-alone shower and the other has direct access to a bathroom with a shower/tub combo that is also accessible from the main living area. Each room has a ceiling fan, a Smart flat-screen TV and has direct access to a private front porch balcony.



Take the elevator or stairs down a floor and you will find another beautifully decorated living area with a sectional couch, 2 plush chairs, a Smart flat-screen TV and a mini-bar with a sink and mini-fridge. There are 3 additional bedrooms located on this floor. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed, a ceiling fan, a flat-screen Smart TV and private bathroom with a stand-alone shower. This room is located in the rear of the house and has a private balcony which overlooks the pool. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, flat-screen Smart TV and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds, one with a Twin-over-Double bed, and the other with a Twin-over-Twin bed. This room sleeps 5 and is perfect for the kids! Both of these bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as private balconies located in the front of the house. Also located on this floor is a laundry room and an additional bathroom accessible from the living area, with a stand-alone shower.



The pool is open year round and can be heated for an additional cost of $150 a day. When heated, the pool water should be between 80-84 degrees depending on outside air temperatures and weather. You must pay for the entire stay and can not pick and choose days you want the pool heated. We can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures, however the gas heaters are very effective during most conditions. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pool pump is running and typically the pump does not run at night due to time schedule.



The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:



Your cleaning fee does include whole house linen and towel rental fee. Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.



**(Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens).



We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property.



Due to homeowner severe allergies, some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals PRIOR to booking.



While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don’t follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying.



Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety.



You must be at least 26 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including children) must be 26 years old or older. We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home.



Sorry, NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind.



NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken).



NO charcoal grills, fire pits, or deep fryers are permitted on premise.



Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.

Best Vacation Ever!

We’ve been coming to OIB for 10 years and this house was the best one yet. A beautiful property that was perfect for our group of 10. Lots of room to spread out, and the backyard and outdoor area was so nice. The property managers were also super attentive, which was great. We’ll be back!

Family Beach Week

Water’s Edge was the perfect stay for our large family for the week at OIB! The property was stunning and had everything you needed would need. What was impressive was how large each room was, easily able to fit a pack and play with room to spare in any of the bedrooms. Multiple living spaces made it easy to find your own space and the pool was so inviting with amazing views into the intracoastal. Communication was a breeze through texts, I especially appreciated all the reminders for check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again!

You will not be disappointed!!

Access to the beach was a quick walk (< 3 minute walk to the Greensboro beach access). We spent the day on the beach a couple of days and did beach walks most evenings. Beautiful.

Beautiful house! Great vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was extremely clean!!! We loved the extras like ice maker machine, elevator, outdoor areas, and bathrooms off all bedrooms. We had an issue with grill and company responded so fast with a new grill. Great communication. The pool was also smaller than it seemed in pics, but it was clean & we loved it. Thank you!

My seven year old grandson said it best. “Nonnie it’s a mansion!!” Twelve us enjoyed this lovely home for a week and we never felt crowded. The huge kitchen was a delight to fix meals in. The outside living area and pool were used daily after returning from the beach which was just a short three minute walk. We all enjoyed the views of the wetlands out the back of the house. We literally loved everything about the house and our stay at Ocean Isle.

Beautiful home

Our family has been to OIB 4 times and this is now our favorite house! The home was beautiful and tastefully decorated, it still had that new home smell. There is also a loft bed that wasn't included in the listing, and was a nice surprise for one of the kids to use. The outside space was our group's favorite part. The pool was large enough for our group, there are numerous covered porches which were great for when it was rainy. Great location to the beach and the beach itself wasn't overly busy. Communication during the entire booking process and stay was great and responsive. The rental agency even sent an ice cream truck on our final night as a nice surprise! My only suggestion would be to add a second curbside trashcan. There is 1 trash and 1 recycle, and for a house this size that often has large groups, 2 curbside trash cans would be better (many of the neighbors had 2). We hope to book the house again for another fantastic week.
