The Salt Tee Cottage - Golf & Beach minutes away!

Welcome to the Salt Tee Cottage- just mintues away from Ocean Isle Beach and Sunset Beach! Keep things coastal while you stay at this peaceful and centrally-located home. With beaches, restaurants, parks, and golf in ever direction...you will be able to enjoy a laid back vacation or keep the family busy!

This home is brand NEW and has been tastefully decorated to fit our Salt Tee theme! As you enter the home you will make your way into the large living space. A huge sectional couch, board games, and SmartTV make this a great place for everyone to hang out. This space is open to the fully loaded kitchen and has an oversized peninsula with bar seating and all your kitchen needs!!

The primary bedroom has our SALT. This spacious room has our coastal feel with 2 Queen Beds, SmartTV, and an Ensuite. The ensuite has a large double vanity and walk-in shower. Our TEE is showed off in our secondary bedroom with a golf theme, two twin beds, and SmartTV. Down the hall there is another full bathroom, storage with some beach essentials, and a laundry room.

Outside there is plenty of parking and spaces to enjoy in the front and back! The front porch is a great place to enjoy the peaceful neighborhood with your morning coffee or evening cocktail. In the backyard you find a nice patio with seating, a firepit, and BBQ!! Its a great place to relax and cook up some dinner after a long day at the beach will the kids or pets run around.
