Relax and enjoy your getaway in this spacious, top floor Islander Resort Villa on the west end of Ocean Isle Beach. This condo complex is a popular spot for family retreats. Known for its pristine beauty, the North Carolina coast is a great place to unwind. Situated on a lagoon, this villa offers a beautiful ocean view, stunning morning sunrises and spectacular sunsets.
Of the four (4) bedrooms, two have king beds, one has two queen beds, and one has a king bed and a single/twin bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Four Smart TVs in the bedrooms offer Amazon Streaming service with guest's own account.
Additional features include elevator, golf cart charging, keyless entry, Fire TV/antenna in the living room.
Convenient beach access is 200 yards aways. A short five-minute walk gets you to the oceanfront Isles Beach Club (included) where you can enjoy pools, a hot tub and the Thirsty Turtle Bar and Grill. Tennis, pickleball and basketball courts are also on the resort grounds.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*

Designated Golf Cart charging outlets are located on the pilings between the parking spaces. Golf Carts must be charged using a single cable made for the golf cart and not a drop cord per OIB Fire Department. BOATS, RVs or TRAILERS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
NO ELECTRICAL VEHICLE CHARGING IS PERMITTED AT ANY TIME.

On Ocean Isle Beach Island, there is a pier, arcade, fishing center, boat launch, mini-golf, restaurants, beach/surf shops, a homemade ice cream shop, coffeeshop, playground, splash playground, boat charters, bicycle/watersport rentals, a museum about coastal Carolina. There is a gas station/small grocery market on the island also. Services available include grocery delivery and restaurant delivery. The town of Ocean Isle Beach has a useful website that lists things to do, beach rules, etc. Over the bridge on the mainland, there are shopping centers with grocery stores, drugstores, specialty shops, planetarium, and more restaurants and as well as several golf courses. In the nearby town of Shallotte, N.C., there are several plazas with discount stores, etc. Golf cart rentals available nearby. About a 45-minute drive to the south is Myrtle Beach, S.C., with a very large variety of things to do (shopping, outlet centers, entertainment, live theater, theme restaurants, aquarium) and a 45-minute drive to the north is beautiful and historic Wilmington, N.C., where you can enjoy a downtown tour or visit the Battleship USS North Carolina in addition to many other activities. It is an approximately one hour drive to Wilmington or Myrtle Beach International airports.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes VRBO’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
