POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE (Sept 15th-May 15th) FOR $100/NIGHT (MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS REQUIRED, Plus Taxes & Fees). GUESTS MUST NOTIFY THE RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT 1 WEEK BEFORE ARRIVAL TO SCHEDULE HEATING. IN THE EVENT OF HEAVY WIND OR RAIN, WE CAN NOT ENSURE POOL HEATERS WILL KEEP TEMPERATURE CONSISTENT.

Welcome to "Beach Bumming", your perfect getaway with access to the exclusive "Resort of OIB"! This spacious 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom beach house comfortably accommodates up to 5 cars, making it an ideal destination for family vacations or fun trips with friends.

Located just a 6 minute walk from the beach, this home also offers exclusive access to the Resort of OIB amenities, including an oceanfront pool, private beach access, and a private bathroom, everything you need for a relaxing and convenient beach day. When you're not at the beach, take advantage of the home's private pool, tiki bar, and outdoor shower perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying refreshing drinks with your group.

Inside, the first-floor game room is packed with fun, featuring a wet bar, shuffleboard, foosball, and an arcade game to keep everyone entertained. Upstairs, the open kitchen and family room provide a comfortable space to gather for meals or unwind after a day of fun in the sun. Room 3: Bunk Room - Twin over Full and Twin over Twin
The den area includes a couch that pulls out into a Queen.

Second Floor-
Room 4: King with Ensuite
Room 5: King with Ensuite

BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is located at the end of Shelby st, approximately a 6 minute walk. Come out the house and turn left on W Third St, then take another left on Shelby st, from there it’s a straight shot.

HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO PETS
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.

CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
