PARKING: Free parking on site in the driveway for 2 vehicles, one in the undercover car port. On street parking available.

ENTRY: Contactless check in! Access via lockbox, code will be provided 24 hours before check in.

WIFI: Complimentary, password will be provided on check in.

HEATING & COOLING: The property features a reverse cycle air conditioning in the Kitchen/ dining room with ceiling fan. There is a portable gas fireplace in the front lounge.

KITCHEN: The property comes with a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher, an inland counter with 2x bar stools. A kettle, toaster, microwave and various tea, coffee and sugar provided. An assortment of singe serves condiments of jam, honey and vegemite are also available.

DINING: A stylish dining table is featured in the home with 4x seats available.

LOUNGE : The home has loungerooms, one in the front and one in the rear. The front lounge features a TV with free to air, a pull out sofa bed for 1x guest, portable gas fireplace and armchair.
The rear lounge features seating for 7x people, a smart TV (This TV features apps for streaming and free to air, we ask guests to log into their own accounts) and opens into the back yard. There is a bathroom off this lounge.

EXTRAS: All towels, linen, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and more are provided for your stay!

LAUNDRY: Washing machine, dryer and washing powder provided.

CHILDREN & INFANTS: Infants and children are welcome at this property, guests are asked to bring their own porta cots, high chairs etc.

OUTDOORS: Connecting from the rear lounge is a beautiful and private outdoor decking area with outdoor seating, umbrella and electric BBQ. The back yard is spacious with a clothes line, bench seating and fully encircled with a private fence with side gate.

MISC: The guests will have access to the whole property. Your host will be on call for any questions you may have during your stay.
