Master bedroom with king bed, private ensuite, split system heating/cooling, ceiling fan and walk-in robe.

Bedroom 2 with Queen bed and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3 with single-over-double bunk bed.

Main bathroom with shower over bath.

Light-filled open plan kitchen and dining area opens onto the front deck, creating the perfect place to gather and unwind. The main lounge features a Smart TV and separate breakout nook ideal for reading or relaxing, while the rumpus room / second living area with TV is perfect as an adults’ retreat or kids’ zone.



Step outside to enjoy the outdoor decking area for afternoon drinks in the sun or sunset evenings, plus a large backyard with fire pit and 4-burner BBQ.



Additional features include split system heating/cooling in the main living area, extra wall heater for cooler months, study/office nook for working remotely, WiFi, UE Boom speaker, linen and towels provided, ample off-street parking, and porta cot available on request.
