A good sized deck provides a small ocean view and bay view, and is great for people watching while drinking your favorite beverage. The condo does have central a/c and parking for 2 cars. The occupancy is 8. The property is non smoking and animals are prohibited. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
