First Level:

Upon entering the home, you'll find the main entryway. To the left is a convenient half bathroom, while to the right is a separate single-room shower. Beyond the stylish barn door is a versatile bedroom that also serves as a game room. This flexible space features a Queen Murphy bed, a twin futon, and entertainment for guests of all ages. Sliding glass doors provide direct access to the patio, creating the perfect indoor-outdoor retreat.



Second Level:

The heart of the home is located on the second floor, featuring an open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room—perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this level.



Third Level:

The top floor is home to the sleeping quarters. The primary suite features a King bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, while the third bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed. A full hallway bathroom serves the additional bedrooms.



With its thoughtfully designed layout and spacious accommodations spread across three levels, this townhouse provides plenty of room for everyone to relax, unwind, and create lasting vacation memories together.

Seaside Village is conveniently located just across the street from the outlets and you'll be just a short drive or bus ride from downtown Ocean City's Boardwalk, less than a mile-and-a-half away. Buses run all day in-season, so you can leave your car and ride into town, a great way to avoid traffic and parking hassles. Dozens of great restaurants are within a short walking distance just a few blocks away, such as Hooper's Crab House, Outback Steakhouse, Sakura Japanese Steak, Seafood House & Sushi Bar, and more. The surrounding area has a fun mix of things to do. Assateague Island's state and national parks are just a short drive away, where you can visit the island's resident wild ponies and other native wildlife, and enjoy pristine uncrowded beaches, picnic areas, hiking trails, and more. Seaside Village is also just a short drive from Ocean Downs Casino, miniature golf, go-cart racing, and some of the area's freshest seafood - brought in daily from local fishing docks.
