Gut: Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage
You can't beat the location of this home, as it is just a few houses down from the beachfront. The beach itself was wonderful, clean and uncrowded. However, we felt like the quality of the home left much to be desired. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, and some box springs were held together with visible tape. The pillows were also very low quality making for a rough night's sleep. Functionally, there were not extra hooks in bedrooms or bathrooms to hang towels or bathing suits on, making it difficult to stay organized considering the house can sleep 10 people. There were no fans to air out moisture in the bathrooms, leaving everything quite moist after 10 people showering. Overall the house was relatively clean, but could use upkeep to keep things up to a better quality. It all felt rather unkept.In the kitchen, the dishwasher was difficult to run, as the door was hard to shut and keep closed. There were not enough spoons or forks for functional everyday use for meals for 10 people. The hallway light was flickering upon entry.The outdoor shower was not functional, though it was shown in the listing photos so we had assumed it was. Finally, at 9:00 a.m. on check out day, the cleaning crew showed up and stood on the front porch while we were packing our cars and even started cleaning the front porch when we had until 10:00 to check out. We had a great trip, but sadly, I wouldn't stay here again due to lack of quality of the home.
