This premier building has a number of amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, fitness room, kid's play room, multiple elevators and 2 garage parking spots. Situated on 48th street, it's right on the beach, walking distance to the Convention Center, Seacret's, Dry 85, and more, and a quick drive to the famous OC Boardwalk and Inlet.
Comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests, the bed sizes include a king (Serta iSeries Hybrid 3000 mattress) in the primary bedroom, a queen Tempurpedic bed in bedroom 2, a pyramid bunk (single over full) in bedroom 3 and a queen sleep sofa in the living area.
Guest must provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
The Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days; units rent Saturday to Saturday. Garage clearance is 7 feet. $151 registration fee due with with reservation. Must supply tag number for each vehicle.

Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
