Spectacular Oceanfront Oasis

This fabulous oceanfront condo has absolutely everything it takes for the perfect vacation getaway! If you’re looking for an amazing private balcony ocean view, front door access to the boardwalk, a location that is central to the areas most popular restaurants, shops and attractions, assigned parking, and a newly renovated condo that you won’t want to leave - this is it! The attention to detail in the decor and finishes results in such a beautiful, comfortable and oceanic atmosphere! We love everything about it: the fireplace, decor, comfy beds, kitchen with all you need to cook and serve a meal, roomy couch that converts into a large bed and/or 3-4 lounging spots in a bright and super clean condo! If your dates are available, don’t hesitate! You don’t want to miss out on this rare gem!

Wonderful October mini vacation with dogs

The property was clean, cozy and comfortable. The location was great for October as many restaurants are closed for the season. We had a great Brothers Bistro for dinner and Daddy’s Crepes for breakfast within a very short walking distance.

Fantastic vacation spot

Second time staying at this property and you cannot beat the location and view!!! Close to restaurants and shops that we could park and did not drive all week! Unit is nicely stocked with everything needed for our stay.

Clean where is counts

Cons: The condo was clean where is counted most. Everything was clean but it fell short mostly in the bedroom. The headboards needed a good scrub. The mattresses had two mattress covers on them but the top one was wrinkled and looked like it hasn’t been washed in a while. The spare blankets where also dirty. We where only given 3 3 tide pods and ran out as the washer was too small to clean everything when we arrived and again when we left. The bottom of the bedroom walls where dingy and scuffed up. It was not the most handicap accessible place and much a smaller in person. When my parents stopped by for a visit, by dads wheelchair could not fit down the entry hall and could not make it in the door and through the tight kitchen. The condo also has a few stores underneath. Not a big deal except for the convenience store/smoke shop. It attracted less than desirable people. When my teens went down to look for Shirley Temple supplies, one employee was trying to sell our underage kids smoke supplies. In addition to the sketchy people, there where other condos/apartments nearby with prostitutes outside at night. Pros: Great views of the ocean. If being on the boardwalk is important, it is located in the middle and an easy walk to everything. The kitchen is stocked. The appliances are clean and full size. There is no need to spend extra $ on dining out if you’re looking to save. Big enough for two or a small family. Clean bathroom

Good room on the boardwalk

Room is well kept and located on the boardwalk with an excellent view of the ocean. The only problem with that is sometimes the noise level on weekend nights is loud.

Wonderful stay at this property

Location is perfect for walking to restaurants and direct access to the beach. Lovely view of the ocean from the balcony. This property was clean and had many amenities. My sister and I loved the decor! You can clearly see the owners really care. I would stay here again.

Nice Condo in a Great Location

We enjoyed our stay and found the condo nicely decorated, well equipped and clean. The location on the boardwalk is very convenient to everything including a short drive over the bridge to Assatigue Island and the shopping area. The owner was very pleasant to deal with during the booking and provided any information we needed during our stay.

Perfect Getaway

Absolutely adorable little place! Listing is exactly as described. Clean property, beautiful view, and right on the boardwalk. You can hear everything outside of the unit (from the bedroom side or the living room) but we went during the off season so we had no issues with noise as the boardwalk was mostly vacant (not really a complaint, just an observation for those considering a busier time). Check in was super easy, and parking was a breeze. We’ve already discussed the idea of trying to visit again next year, especially since this is listed as a dog friendly rental (awesome!). If you’re looking for a quiet little retreat, definitely consider this option.

Weekend Getaway Off-Season

I stayed for 2 nights with my boyfriend and our dog to celebrate his birthday and starting my new job. It was an amazing weekend! The view from the apartment is amazing.
