Black out curtains in the living room and master bedroom. TVs in all rooms. Fully stocked kitchen.

Unit is on the first floor. Street view on balcony facing Coastal Hwy. Beautiful sunsets. Elevator is available or you can take the steps to the property (not that many steps fortunately!) Unit is very open and spacious, perfect for larger groups but small is always welcomed!

Fast WiFi for your convenience. Central air and heating. Washer and dryer in unit. Beach is only a short walk away, one block. Takes about 2 minutes. Private balcony is super spacious with plenty of chairs available to sit.

Balcony included. Extra cleaning fee will be applied if this rule is found to be violated. There is a designated smoking area outside near the elevator.

PARKING: 2 designated parking spots and on street parking is available. No permits are needed.

Smart lock on the front door has a camera on it for outside footage for security/safety purposes.

The heated indoor pool is nice and spacious and perfect for when it’s a rainy day! Hours are from 10AM-9PM. Pool key is provided.
