Situated on 48th Street in Ocean City, Maryland, this home includes stunning side ocean views from the furnished balcony, and you'll love spreading out in the spacious living area after a fun day on the beach. There is also a second balcony on the bayside which can be accessed by all four bedrooms. There are five TVs, including a 60-inch TV with a soundbar in the living room, a 46-inch mirror/TV in the primary bedroom, and two Blu-ray players in the living room and bunkroom. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Don't forget to take advantage of the free WiFi in the condo or lobby to research a fun outdoor adventure or download a good playlist to your device to amp up your workout in the shared fitness center. Enjoy a refreshing dip at the community indoor or outdoor pool or play a friendly game of beach volleyball or cornhole.

Guest must agree to, sign, and return the rules form at the lobby
The owner provides 3 key/fob sets. The cost to replace each key fob is $100.00. Any lost key will cost $300 to rekey the lock.
EV chargers are located in the parking garage. Parking garage clearance is 7’.
Strict 4 pm check-in.
A $138 non-refundable admin fee is due at check-in at the building. This fee provides access to the building amenities as well as 2 parking spaces.
There is a beach storage locker located on the Mezzanine Level which includes six beach chairs, four boogie boards, a wheeled cooler, sand toys, and a wheeled beach cart.
No smoking or vaping indoors or balconies
No pets
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
