The Great Room has plenty of seating to include a large sofa with a queen size sleeper, an oversized chair with a twin sleeper, and a large bench. Adjacent to the Great Room is a bar with a beverage fridge that can hold up to 12 bottles. This property has a private 8' x 21' covered outdoor living space with a four bench dining table, two chairs with a small table, and a shed with pool and beach equipment: noodles, sand toys, boogie boards, umbrellas with sand anchors, a beach wagon, and four beach chairs - all within 75 feet of the condo association's outdoor pool.

Indoor Fun: Checkers, chess, cards, and board games are available for guests to use.

This property is 3 blocks from Ocean City's fabulous boardwalk and beach and 1/2 block from the bay and 9th Street Fishing Pier where guests can fish for their "catch of the day" and view amazing sunsets! Newly installed seafoam green colored siding on the building's exterior for a fresh new presentation.
