Come and stay at this three-bedroom duplex townhouse located just a short walk from the beach and the North end of the Boardwalk! Previously featured on HGTV's 'Island Life, ' this newly-updated, two-story townhouse is comfortable and well-suited for the vacationing family. Upgrades include new furnishings, a 53' flatscreen TV, ceiling fans (in the living room, kitchen, and all bedrooms), and a small fenced yard. Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the back patio, then head out to experience the sights!
When it's chowtime, the well-equipped kitchen will have your back with modern appliances and all the utensils and cookware you could ever need to prepare everything that comes to mind. It doesn't matter if it's a full-course meal, a quick snack on the go, or a delicious breakfast, this kitchen will make cooking a breeze! Guests will also enjoy having a private washer/dryer and central air conditioning throughout the home.
There are tons of things to do right in this immediate area! Take the kids to Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park for a day of thrills - it's just five blocks away. Or head down to the nearby beach and Boardwalk (about four blocks) for some fun on the ocean side of the island. Ocean City tram car stops at the North end of the Boardwalk and can whisk you down to the Inlet in a matter of minutes for a small fee. Hungry for some local cuisine? There are dozens of delectable restaurants within walking distance, as well.
THINGS TO KNOW No parties are permitted at this home.Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Comfortable and Quiet Home
We expected that being close to Jolly Roger there would be a lot of noise, but it was super quiet. Private parking was great. House was comfortable with good amenities. Convenient location. Made for a very enjoyable vacation.

Needs some work
Overall worth it for the price, however there were some minor inconveniences. Microwave handle was broken, dryer only worked sometimes, and lights in bathroom were almost all out. There was also a significant ant problem no matter how clean we kept the kitchen. The location was great but would appreciate if the property was well kept beyond just cleanliness.

Calm place to stay but not worth the high fees
The house needs a good cleaning; the vents and walls are dusty and cobwebs everywhere; not to mention the walls are scuffed up and dirty with feet prints. The hallway tub was clogged but thankfully we unclogged the drain; All of the beds in the home are on their way to fully breaking; cracked and wobbly; shelves were falling out of the bathroom wall in the master bedroom; and the toilet in the hallway bathroom was cracked. While the home was convenient close to mid city OC and cozy in the living room and living room areas and a great yard for our dog; for the price tag, could’ve been a bit more taken care of. I do want to shout out or Vacasa rep who came out to fix our WiFi issue; super helpful and professional

Not as Pictured, only good thing - location and pet friendly
We chose this rental for location and its pet friendliness and hoped the negative reviews were not true. Here to state that the negative reviews are 100% accurate and the listing is deceptive. The yard was unkempt in the dead of summer leading to tons of mosquitos and bites that did not allow our family to utilize the space with our dog. Kitchen was ill-equipped, microwave door was broken, which was frustrating for us as we value preparing some meals at home. Upon opening the closet door where laundry machines were, we saw a mouse and had to call Vacasa to set up mouse traps. We also saw droppings elsewhere in the home. When one toilet would not stop running, we opened the tank to see an empty beer can was in it. The mattress in one guest bedroom was so uncomfortable and should really require some sort of mattress pad. Ideally, we would have left the property entirely but that was not possible due to the busy season. Getting a hold of Vacasa in the first 48 hours of our trip was impossible and we kept getting routed to the national line. Ultimately, we got a hold of some local reps who tried to fix the situation. However, by then, our vacation was already tainted. If at all possible, recommend staying elsewhere so that you can enjoy your vacation!

Great location boardwalk, bay and beach
Property has a great location. Quiet but close to beach, bay and boardwalk. (walking distance) amenities are slip and property was not very clean upon arrival. Bed in master is very very firm and bring extra pillows. Kitchen has just enough to get by. Plenty of hot water for a family of 5. Overall a good stay for the area.

the downstairs was very nice. The upstairs should be updated to remove the carpet which is very dirty and repainted. The mattress cover and comforter were soiled. The air filter in the ceiling looks like it hasn't been changed in years. I have a picture if you provide we a way to send it to you. I washed the comforter. No hot water in the shower in master bath so we shared the bathroom in the hallway. needs maintenance

Nice stay
The location was quiet. Fully functional home. Fenced in back yard was nice. We do wish there had been lamps for the rooms so we didn't have to keep the big overhead lights on. The master bedroom mattress was also super hard. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

Decent Rental with Some Disappointments
We were comfortable in this home for our one-week stay during the first week of August but were a bit disappointed with the furnishings. Lighting in every room was limited to overhead paddle fan lights. There were no table or floor lamps anywhere in the house. Bedroom furnishings were equally limited - no dressers or chests of drawers to place our clothes and only the smallest and simplest of bedside tables in each room. The king bed in the master bedroom was comfortable but bedding in the other two bedrooms was far below standard in terms of quality.
The overall condition of the house itself was very good, both inside and out. The kitchen and all appliances were up to date and in good condition. The washer/dryer combo worked well. And we enjoyed the small but pleasant fenced-in yard, which was a plus for our small dog. Despite some stains in the hallway, upstairs carpeting was in good shape and the downstairs floors seemed fairly new.
We liked the fact that you could walk to the beach and the convenience of all the restaurants and services that Philadelphia Avenue has to offer.
We were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition of the property at our arrival. This is no reflection on the owner or the home itself, and something I’ll take up separately with Vacasa, the rental agent.
Overall, a good enough stay, but expected a much better experience for the price.

Great week in OC
Really nice rental for the price. Very clean. Location was great for biking around the neighborhood and close to the end of the boardwalk. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our small dog. Nice outdoor furniture, we built a fire and grilled out as well
The unit was a bit smaller than we are accustomed too and no ocean or bay view but checked all the other boxes being equipped with everything needed for a great stay.
Highly recommend as we Will likely stay here again.

OCMD 328a sunset drive
Overall we enjoyed the house. Upon arrival it required a couple hours of cleaning. There is no bake ware to utilize oven, tiny cutting board (4-5 in), so if you want to make meals, it’s difficult.
Very dog friendly which was great for us. Quick walk to beach and amusement, boardwalk, restaurants.
