****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

If you are coming to Ocean City for an event, then look no further than this unit for your stay! This beautiful 2 BR 2 BA unit is strategically located (1.5 blocks) to the convention center and is an easy walk back and forth. There is also easy access to events in the inlet, Ocean Pines and even Salisbury. Coming for a car show? The building offers that hard-to-find parking for an additional fee! The unit is also strategically located to enjoy numerous restaurants, the world-famous boardwalk, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, miniature golf and a short walk to Seacrets!

The unit features a full kitchen, with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances for those that want to eat in. There are TV's in every room, wireless internet and a washer/dryer. Best of all, this building has some incredible amenities. You will love the indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, fitness center and two championship billiards tables.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided. Trailers allowed during special events with prior registration. Only trailers that fit in one parking space permitted on the Makai parking lot.
* The indoor pool, billiards room and sauna are open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 43rd street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Relaxing Getaway

2 bedroom condo was very clean & provided all amenities. parking available on site. indoor pool. The family & I were able to check in easily; WiFi / TV & a balcony. close to restaurants and beach; short drive to OC boardwalk. We were able to relax & really enjoyed ourselves. totally recommend AND affordable.

Don't be fooled

The listing stated indoor/ outdoor pool. It's not. Its an indoor pool that has a few garage doors, that they close at 4pm. Not my idea of an outdoor pool. Also stated that the said pool is heated. 68 degrees is far from heated. Very much misleading.

Immaculate and beautiful

The condo was spacious, very clean and beautiful. There is an elevator , pool, gym and game room( pool tables). The place was fully stocked with linen, washer/ dryer pots and pans. The balcony was the perfect size . Instructions were very clear to check in and out.. This condo is very taken care of. Will definitely book again.

Wonderful condo

I have been wanting to stay in this building for five years. I loved everything about this condo except for the master bedroom bed, which was so hard that we had a hard time sleeping. For the second night we placed every blanket that we found in the condo on the bed and then slept on it and it was much better. I would recommend that the owner purchases a pillow top for those who like a softer bed. There were hooks and places for everything. There was towel bars everywhere in the bathrooms. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. We would’ve loved to have a coffee maker that took pods. The washer and dryer was awesome with 12 minute loads! An added bonus was the view of the ocean from the balcony which was unexpected. My kids said the pool was a little too cold for them to swim in and there wasn’t a Jacuzzi which I did not note . The second night we stayed there was a loud rowdy crowd that kept us up until 3 AM, but there are plenty of rules in the building about noise ordinances and lots of direction which I really liked. The condo was fully equipped with starters of dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap. There was even bathroom mats. If the bed got a little bit more comfortable we would totally stay there again because the kids loved the bunkbeds! Amazing stay!

Great spot close to the convention center

It is a cute clean place. We were at the convention center for a tournament all weekend and the location was perfect. Great to have a washer and dryer! There is a rec room on the first floor. If we had more time we would have stopped by. The building is clean and well maintained, and even had luggage carts like a hotel!

Comfortable Short Stay

I visit Ocean City once a year. They place I normally was not available so we looked and found the Mekai. It was a girls weekend getaway. I have passed this rental property for several years. Its a nice property, my unit was exactly as pictured. It was comfortable and inviting. I would definitely stay here again. There were minor things that can be replaced like the toilet seat in the main bathroom and the sofa is going to need to be replaced soon. The only problem I had was the direct tv. I am not used to it so it was an adjustment as to working it, there were no instructions so we had to figure it out. Aside from that the place was well worth it. I now have another place that I enjoy whenever I am in town! I definitely recommend. The location was great. Thank you for allowing me to stay in your property.

Perfect for an OC getaway.

The property comes exactly as described, pictures and everything. There were some stains on the bunk beds and some of the lamps did not work. The main bedroom got a little hot at night, but they provided a little portable AC inside the room. Other than that it definitely fit our needs and was great.

Gorgeous and perfect stay

We needed easy access to the Convention Center and this location delivered! It was perfect for getting a nap or swim in between trips back and forth. The short cross-parking lot walk was quick and easy, able to walk it in just six minutes even with a distracted six year old. The streaming TV and cable was perfect for keeping the young kids occupied through a parent's nap or when they woke up too early. The window coverings made the pull-out couch and main bedroom dark enough for sleep even when the sun was up, yet easily pulled aside for plenty of natural light. I would happily stay here again.

good time

The property was as described, its ashame we had to wait until 3:00 to check in, the room was ready long before and we were not told. The road noise at nite was always bad, but that's no fault of the property. The view was amazing out of both windows.
