This perfectly located condo in Bay Princess on 81st. is the ideal location for your Ocean City vacation. There's plenty of room to stretch out in the large living room or private, west facing balcony. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second bedroom has two queen sized beds. There's also a sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. You'll also enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, complimentary wifi/high speed internet and a full sized washer and dryer. The living room and both bedrooms feature Smart TVs so you can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials) from anywhere in the condo. This condo is located on the fourth floor, there is an elevator in the building and you get two unassigned parking spaces. Bayside Princess is close to restaurants, bars, mini golf, shopping, etc.

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*Comforters/blankets and pillows are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $108.65. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.
