The bright and inviting living area provides the perfect space to relax after a day at the beach, with sliding glass doors that open to the balcony where you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. The well-appointed kitchen allows you to continue enjoying the view while preparing meals, and the dining table offers seating for up to eight guests. All three bedrooms feature wonderful window views, including the spacious primary bedroom with a vanity counter and private bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedrooms two and three share an additional full bathroom with a walk-in shower. For added convenience, the unit also includes a washer and dryer, making it easy to refresh after a day in the sand.

The Capri provides outstanding year-round amenities, including an indoor pool, fitness center, sauna, game room, tennis courts, and library. Located on 110th Street, you're just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants.

A $75 building amenity fee per week is included with your reservation and covers one parking space. Additional parking may be available directly through The Capri on a first-come, first-served basis at $10 per day or $55 per week.

​​​​​​​Important Construction Notice: The Capri building is scheduled to undergo a balcony remediation project from September 9, 2026, through May 7, 2027, with work taking place Monday through Friday. Because the entire property will be an active construction zone, guests should anticipate construction-related noise and activity regardless of their unit's location. Balconies on the north side of the building will be inaccessible during this phase, and parking availability may be limited. We encourage guests to carefully consider these conditions before booking.

Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.
