„This property is well managed in a great neighborhood outside of the busy el centro. The 3 upstairs bedrooms are nice size- 2 baths with shower. Comfortable space. A few caveats: even tho the property is advertised as having a washing machine and dishwasher, we were instructed not to use either. The water pressure in the kitchen sink is so low that washing dishes is difficult. Also no hot water in kitchen. Also be forewarned. The upstairs bedrooms are very hot.Floor fans don’t help much. „Beautiful space, fantastic location and a very accommodating host! Oaxaca De Juárez is a fabulous city and this is the perfect spot to explore it from. Clean, comfortable, and very quiet relative to the location. Early evenings on the roof were especially lovely. We are grateful to have stayed here and will return when we can! “

„We really enjoyed our stay! As other reviewers have mentioned, there is a lot of street noise as it’s such a great central location. I found it easy to sleep just by running the fan as white noise and there are fewer cars and noisy passers-by overnight anyway. The courtyard is beautiful and although our trip was packed with activities so we didn’t spend much time at the house other than to sleep, we’d stay again. Moises was very helpful and responsive. Muchas gracias!“

„The property is large and can easily accommodate a large group. Housekeeper and groundskeeper were thorough and attentive. Kitchen was stocked with continental breakfast items and coffee. The facility was private and secure. Neighborhood was on a main bus route so it’s a little noisy. Nearby restaurants are a block or two away and are excellent.Mattresses were hard. Overall, it was a great place to stay for downtown events!“
