„朝食付きで、予約してましたが、近くに、飲食店が無く、ホテルの方に、食事出来る所を、丁寧に教えていただきましたが、なかなか遠く大変でした。ホテルレストランも予約なしでは、利用できず、仕方なくスーパーで惣菜を買って、たべました。　便利が悪いので、レストランで軽食だけでも出来たらと思います“

„When a family (7 generations) has successfully run a business and maintained or even improved many of the typical Japanese traditions, the result can only be sensational. And that, in a nutshell, is our impression after a two nights stay with superb food.“

„This was a must-do experience. The staff was super friendly. We hadn't booked a meal with our stay, so the staff called the local restaurant to find if they can accommodate our dietary needs (vegan). They made us a reservation and even sent us with a handwritten note in Japanese. The shuttle is very convenient to visit all the Onsens in the town. In hindsight, for a full experience, we should have booked a meal with our stay and called the hotel in advance to request vegan options. “

„The hotel is located in 15 minutes wlking distance to the center. If you want to walk there you have to walk on the main road with lots of traffic due to a big construction site. I paid 300 USD for one night and the room had no shower, the toilet was an ugly little plastic cabin, the personel does not speak English. At 9am a 10 minute ultra loud loud speaker announcement woke me up. I did not get any breakfast anymore at 9:15 am, although it is served until 9:30am. It would all be ok, but not ...
