The Space:

Located in the heart of Oakura Village, Butlers Lane-Retreat is the perfect getaway for rest and relaxation. Just a 10-minute scenic drive along Surf Highway 45 from New Plymouth, this charming retreat is a short stroll from the popular swimming beach and river. Nestled in a quiet position near the Oakura 4Square, restaurants, cafes, and specialty shops, it offers a blend of chilled-out surf vibes and retro appeal. A one-minute walk takes you to Butlers Reef, which hosts fantastic music events and gigs over the summer.



Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by the owner's friendly little dog, always eager for a pat. This lovely open-plan retreat is located at the bottom of the owner's home, featuring a separate entrance for great privacy. The spacious layout includes a lounge that opens onto a deck, perfect for enjoying the abundance of bird life.
