The Space:

Luxurious accommodations with beautiful views of the city and bay from the rooftop deck. This spacious suite has two individual bedrooms separate from the living room, each featuring a full private en suite bathroom with shower. The contemporary style living room encompasses a fire place and a rare façade with the original brick wall from the historic Ghirardelli Chocolate factory (in some units). Includes a modern fully equipped kitchen with sleek marble counters and all the amenities one may need to cook. All suites also include a private LG washer and dryer.



With one king bed in each bedroom and one queen sofa bed in the living room, this apartment can accommodate up to six guests. Please note that guests using the sofa sleeper will need to use one of the two bathrooms in a bedroom, as there is not a third bathroom.



Each bedroom has a flat screen LCD Television, DVD/CD player, contemporary art and richly colored carpeting. The en suite master bath has creamy stone tile floors and dark wood cabinets. A glass door opens into the wet-room, which features an oversized bathtub in the master en suite bathroom and a separate rain shower area.



The living room features dark wood floors, open loft-like ceiling, exposed original brick with elegant contemporary sofa and chairs, slated hearth-framed fireplace and 42" mounted LCD screen television.



The kitchen and dining areas are designed for interactive entertaining and feature elegant bronze pendant lights and stainless steel details throughout which complement the sleek wood cabinetry made of rich Wenge veneer. The dining area extends from the kitchen with a dark wood table accompanied by beautiful wood-framed dining chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf appliances and built-in glass front wine refrigerator.



Guest Access:

You have full access to the apartment and services provided by The Fairmont, Heritage Place.



The Neighborhood:

The original site of the Ghirardelli Chocolate Factory (previously a woolen mill), is now the home of a stylish collection of shops and restaurants—one of the most pleasant places to stroll and shop in the city. Wind through passageways and across plazas to visit an assortment of boutiques and gift shops, or relax with bay views from a selection of restaurants. If you have kids along, you probably have one destination in mind more than any other: the Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop. The line can be out the door but don’t worry—it moves fast. Soon you’ll be facing the staggering menu of sundae choices: Will it be the family-size “Earthquake”? (Eight scoops, eight toppings, bananas, whipped cream, almonds, chocolate chips, and cherries.) Or maybe have a “Gold Rush” (vanilla ice cream with hot fudge and peanut butter throughout).
