The house itself boasts great patio and balcony spaces, and is equipped with all the amenities and features you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each guest's stay, and our team is committed to providing a safe and comfortable environment for all our guests.
With 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread across two stories, this house can easily accommodate a group of travelers, project teams, family, or friends looking for a budget-friendly option. The 9 real beds (including two king-size beds created by merging twin beds in two of the bedrooms) and 1 sofa offer ample sleeping space, while the free washer and dryer, free street parking, and gated parking (available on request) provide added convenience.
The master bedroom features a private bathroom and balcony with stunning views of the Oakland hills, while the other bedrooms offer a range of amenities such as room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage. The living areas feature a 42" HDTV with Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, Chromecast, Hulu, Apple TV, Roku, a sound system, and a cozy fireplace, while the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to cook your own meals, including a dishwasher, Samsung gas stove, oven, hot water kettle, coffee maker, and more.

Please note that the house is located near a freeway, so light sleepers may hear some noise. However, we provide earplugs and the double-pane windows help to block out most of the noise.

Getting around
Here are the different options for getting around during your stay:
BY CAR:
Downtown San Francisco is about 13 miles, or 20 minutes away with light traffic. The house is located near the I-580 and CA-13 freeways for easy access to the East Bay and greater Bay Area.
You can also drive to Fruitvale Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) station in about 7 minutes, park there ($2 or $5/day), and take a BART train.
BY TRANSIT:
Within 1-3 blocks from the house there are bus stops serving AC transit lines (14, 54, 57, 654, 655, 657, 680, 805) around Oakland and to BART stations as well as an express line to and from San Francisco (NX/NX2). Additional local and express bus lines (58L, NL, and NX3) stop within 5 blocks.
The quickest route to downtown SF is to take the NX3 express bus non-stop (about 40 minutes) this is available in the early mornings and evenings. At other times you can take the NL bus direct to downtown SF.
You can take either the 14 or 54 bus to Fruitvale Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) station. BART runs about every 10-20 minutes. From Fruitvale BART, the train ride is 17 minutes to the first San Francisco stop (the entire trip will take 45-54 minutes).
IMPORTANT NOTES:
BART stops running at midnight, so plan accordingly to avoid missing the last train.
If you plan to stay out late in San Francisco, taking a cab/Uber/Lyft is a good option that previous guests at our home have utilized.
