Beautiful, brand new, private backyard home

Enjoy your stay in a beautiful, private, brand new contemporary home. This 850 s.f. 1 bed, 1.5 bath 2 story home was built as my private home and long term residence.

Take advantage of my current nomadic lifestyle to experience this first class luxury home with its private roof deck. All the advantages of being in an urban walkable neighborhood but with the beauty of suburban/rural nature.
The space
This home was built in 2021. Enjoy hard laminate and tile flooring throughout the house, beautiful large energy efficient double hung wood windows and modern trim-less construction. The numerous stained wood accents combine with an abundance of natural light give the home a very modern, yet natural feel. The rooms are equipped multipurpose blinds which have both blackout (for sleeping) and light passthrough (for privacy) options.

Built to be both smart and eco-friendly, the house has been built with wall and ceiling insulation, low E argon glass windows, smart switches (controllable via voice or app), recessed warm colored led lights, and high efficiency heat pump central air, water heater, and dryers. This home was built to be carbon negative, as the onsite solar produces more energy than is consumed year round.

Downstairs layout combines kichen, master bedroom w/ 4k tv and surround sound, and a ensuite large, spacious bathroom. Natural lighting abound in the bathroom, which also has a walk in closet (with over half the closet emptied out for guest use), large walk in, steam capture shower, and a separate toilet room. Please note that the master bedroom has an *extra firm* mattress. If you do not like firm beds, and prefer not to sleep upstairs on the Ikea sleeper, than you may not like this listing.

The home has a 1 Gbps fiber internet connection with whole house Wifi 6 coverage. This combines perfectly with the deluxe work from home setup upstairs which has a dual monitor, video conferencing, standing deck setup. The digital nomads ultimate airbnb.

I addition to the office setup, the upstairs has a reading nook with super "moonpod," 8k TV home entertainment system (with Dolby Atmos surround sound), and most importantly of all a beautiful private roof deck with furniture and hammock. There are multiple streaming services already logged in (please use guest profiles), making for the ultimate movie experience. The Ikea couch has a pull out sleeper, converting this space into a second sleeping area with a queen bed.
Guest access
As mentioned above, this is my home, so there are several locks cabinets/closets, as well as my personal effects stored in places (such as under the bed and the left half of the closet). Please respect my belongings and do not utilize these spaces. The majority of the walk in closet has been emptied out for your use, as well as the entire right side of drawers in the chest of drawer area. All other storage closets and storage areas are reserved for my personal use. Please do not use my personal toiletries (bar soap, face wash, etc) in the bathroom.

Feel free to use the fridge and kitchen to your liking, but please do not eat my food or drink my alcohol. Make sure to throw away any food you bring, especially disposing of meat as I am vegetarian.

The upper roof deck is completely private and reserved for your use, however the backyard downstairs is shared spaced between the two houses. When using the upper deck, please be mindful of the time at night and avoid any disruption to neighbors.
Other things to note
- There are several cats living on the property. They primarily live in the other house when I am out of town, but one cat in particular (Saria w/ the short tail), hangs out upstairs during the day. All cats are very friendly, with the exception of the Bengal Bella who is very sweet but very shy, but this is their home (and they have a cat door) so please, animal lovers only. Saria especially loves attention and to be played with. If you are allergic to cats, this is not a good fit. You can see Saria in several of the pictures, and should expect her to be around.

- When opening the gate to the house, please be mindful of closing it softly, as it is beside someone else's bedroom, particularly at night.

- This listing is for private use only, and is not to be used to host other guests not included in the reservation or public events. Any parties will result in eviction from the property with no refund.

- Please use the guest profiles on the TV streaming services

- The upstairs floor does not have blinds on the skylights, which should be taken into consideration if planning on using this as a sleeping area.
