„Süsses Cottage in ruhiger Gegend. Sehr angenehm. Kleiner Garten um auch mal draussen zu sitzen. Freundliche und hilfbereite Gastgeberin. Es wäre aber hilfreich, wenn in der Anzeige erwähnt wird, das das Bad nur über das Schlafzimmer erreichbar ist. Schön wäre auch wenn es einige Informationen in papierform über Bus und Bahnverbindungen gebe und über Bezahlsystem hierfür. Ansonsten wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. „The washer dryer did not work, the couch was cheap and not comfortable, the location is behind a 24/7 all night massage parlor and on the second to last day my apartment was almost broken into and the tenants next door were broken into and had to board up their windows with plywood abd when I reached out to the landlord during the emergency theyvweee unavailable and I had to leave in evening for a hotel because the other tenant told me the location always no longer safe. „The space is exactly as advertised. Bring sandals to go between the loft and the studio and to get out to the hot tub!The views from the hot tub were top notch. The studio doesn't have its own heating element and we found it a bit cold so we slept in the loft, but if you're going to need both keep that in mind. There isn't a dedicated spot to dry dishes either so know that. Overall we loved the location, the host was nice and communicated well with us. Thank you!“

„Cute place in Belmont that had all of the amenities we needed while work was being done on our house. Location was perfect for us. Yes, there were a lot of stairs, but was fine for us. The upside is that the cottage is really quiet.“

„Unit itself was great for pets, and host was very gracious about having a furry guest! Dog bowls, towels, and treats were also provided. Place was clean and super comfortable. Only minor downside is that the neighborhood is not very walkable beyond Ash street, stuck in between two main thoroughfares with not much shoulder/sidewalk/trail space. But just a short 5-10 min drive into downtown Mill Valley! (Also great Wi-Fi speeds!)“
