„Greg & Blanca were accommodating hosts, even allowing me to check in early after a long flight from the east coast. They have a beautiful backyard with bamboo, lemon and palm trees. Though I didn't use them the outdoor jacuzzi and grill looked inviting. Inside, the queen bed was comfy, the shower provided ample hot water, and the complementary wine, tea & coffee was a welcome surprise. The location, being a couple blocks from both San Pablo and Solano, was ideal.“

„When we first got to property I wasn’t too sure if we were in the right place. We arrived late at night and it took some time to find the side path to the studio, but once we found it and went in it was just as the pictures show, so cute and cozy and the owner let us an apple pie which was an amazing surprise. I was there to pick up my daughter from her first year at CAL and it was close to her dorm. I will definitely be staying there again when we move her back I the fall.“

„The house is perfect for what advertisers to be. It is a good basic apartment with all the necessary appliances. Two things for a guest to be aware of. There is very limited cookware. If you like to cook you could find yourself short some necessary pieces. Also the shower has a very slippery floor - be careful. But overall I was very happy with the accommodation.“

I know the area well as I was visiting relatives and it suited my needs fine as a place to stay and spread out.
