„The apartment was exceptionally clean, and the host was super helpful and responsive. The neighborhood was a quiet working-class neighborhood without a lot of traffic and the location was convenient to everything in Norwich. While it’s not handicapped accessible (as in wheelchair access), there aren’t a lot of steps so I think an older person would be able to go in and out with help. „AC worked well, room temp was always comfortable. Property seemed clean, but there was a lingering pervasive odor.. the bathroom was a handicapped setup. And there was no lip on the shower floor, so when we showered the floor flooded. Exterior signage was somewhat concealed, which made finding the property somewhat challenging. The property was a bit dated..some flaking paint, chipped paint scratched furniture. Free breakfast was fabulous! And hotel staff was kind and welcoming.“
