1. The Tiny Cottage & Mini Farm

Oakdale,

„It was a clean, small farmhouse a few miles from the Mohegan Sun Casino. It had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom, so everything we needed. It also had a nicely equipped kitchen although we didn't use it. The best part was when we got up in the morning the owners were outside tending to their farm animals (sheep, goats, chickens, roosters, and pigs) and were as gracious as could be, showing us around the farm and then left us on our own to hang with the animals! A great time with great ...

„Home away from home with one major key asset: Allan, the host is a gem ; extremely welcoming, discreet, hands-on, friendly - very smart so will adapt to the guests. keeps the place a perfect spot to spend few days with family or friends away from the action of the city but very close by car. You are right in the middle of nature (great if you love it), with a wonderful view, an amazingly private large pool (never seen on any rentals before) and a comfortable guesthouse with all the basics you ...

„We LOVED this little cottage on the lake. We nicknamed the cove "Audubon Cove" because of all the bird watching! We saw herons, osprey, hawks, several kinds of ducks (including babies), cormorants, geese (including babies), and tons of red winged black birds! We saw a racoon swimming in the lily pads, turtles, and heard bull frogs at night. It was simply magical sitting on the porch and watching the World go by! We enjoyed kayaking during the day, grilling our dinner, and hot tubbing at ...

„The property was exactly what we expected. It was clean, sat directly on the lake with beautiful views, as well as fun stuff, like kayaks, canoes and noodles to float around with. Bobby, (the host) answered any and all questions I had prior to check in, via the VRBO app in a very timely manner, and Brandon (our contact after check in) was just as attentive via text once we were there. I would highly recommend this property.“
