„Can’t say enough about how great this trip was. Seamless checkin, great communication, accommodated early arrival/late departure, clean, well appointed - and right downtown! Plenty of room to sleep for our party of 7, and room for entertaining guests. We enjoyed walks downtown, jogs along the riverfront, biking the Urban Wilderness, paddling the river in the kayaks and entertaining friends and family aboard this magnificent vessel! We will definitely return.“

„This little house was perfect. Very tastefully decorated. Very easy to navigate the home. The location was central to downtown Knoxville. Communication was excellent with the ownership and management of the home. I travel a lot and if you are looking for a very clean home with everything you need for a short stay. I cannot recommend this home anymore. Outdoor space was lovely.“

„We decided to come to Tennessee on a last minute trip due to lack of snow up north. I could book the property and get everything I needed in 24 hours. Thanks to the owner for accommodating us. The place was very clean and nice, with great views and location. While we only had 3 of us staying, this house was set up to handle larger groups pretty easily, with the 4 bedrooms.“

„We met friends for the weekend and chose Moonlight Madness because it looked so charming. We were right! It’s a fun houseboat, there’s plenty of room to play cards or to just sit and enjoy the view. „I had a very nice stay at North Knoxville cottage. The home was clean and decorated in a manner so as to make it very comfortable and cozy. „We stayed for parents’ weekend at the university with our friends’ daughter. You are very close to downtown, but you get the charm of a rustic cabin retreat. The cabin was built in the 1930s by a Swiss architect and has been beautifully renovated. It was the perfect size for our group. The screened in porch is wonderful. „You get more for the cost compared to other places I've stayed, parking in the garage for me is a plus in view of safety, The only thing I suggest for any traveling to this location in a full size truck with 2 wheel drive in dry weather my truck experienced a little spinning climbing the incline driveway and the front entrance and decks can use a little cleaning prior to guest arriving. But over all we enjoyed our stay and will recommend it.“
