The Shady Lady: Geräumiges Haus mit Meerblick und offenem Grundriss

4 Bedrooms | 2 Full Bathrooms
2 Kings | 1 Queen | 1 Twin | 1 Twin-over-twin Bunk Bed | 1 Twin Daybed | 1 Twin Trundle

Desirably located on the West End of Oak Island and just across the street from the ocean, The Shady Lady waits to welcome your family on their next beach vacation. With expansive porches on the front and back of the property that include covered decks as well as open areas for sunning, relaxation begins before even stepping into the front door of this newly renovated home.

Once you pull yourself away from the view and move into the open concept living area with vaulted ceilings, you’ll notice the property lives up to its name. Bask in the comfortable seating beckons, inviting hours of conversation, or time spent in front of the large wall-mounted flat screen TV cheering on your favorite teams. Clean lines, sandy neutrals and cool blues soothe the senses and draw the eye to the eat in kitchen and its gleaming quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The oval table comfortably seats six for family meals or game night, with additional barstool seating for five at the kitchen counter.

This classic floorplan provides two bedrooms on each floor connected by a Jack and Jill style full bath. On the first floor, the oceanfront bedroom provides a comfortable king-sized bed, and a bunk room provides three twin beds in a non-traditional bunk bed format, with two lower berths and one upper berth.

Upstairs, you’ll find a second king bedroom facing the ocean, and a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom on that floor. Each of the four bedrooms provides its own television, so no one has to miss their favorite show! The second level also features a small lounge room equipped with a twin-daybed and twin trundle, and creates a flexible space for reading, quiet conversation, or additional sleeping quarters.

Enjoy your favorite cup of coffee on the covered deck while watching the sunrise. Share memorable moments when spending quality time with loved ones in this exquisite home. Listen to the waves crash as you breathe in the crisp island air. There's even a 50-amp outlet to charge your electric vehicle or RV, though guests will need to provide their own charging cord. Whatever your reason for a getaway, Shady Lady has it all!

Guests with allergies should note that although no pets are allowed for guest stays, a small dog may occasionally be present during owner reservations.
