Enter the home via the enclosed staircase at ground level, where you'll find three metal lockers for storing damp beach gear and a full-sized refrigerator perfect for stocking up drinks and snacks to grab and go on your way to the water. At the top of the staircase, a half bathroom is available, and the attached laundry closet contains a full-sized washer and dryer for your use.

The open concept living area offers a cozy sectional centered around a wall-mounted TV where you can stream your favorite shows and movies. A queen sleeper sofa can pull out if additional sleeping space is needed.

The nearby dining nook is furnished with an oval table set for four with an additional chair available. The galley-style kitchen with granite counters and tile backsplash is fully equipped with everything you need to cook for your crew, and four bar chairs at the breakfast counter provide overflow seating if needed.
