There's even a dining table that's great for gathering around to grab a quick lunch or have a seaside family dinner together. From here, you just need to walk down the back steps to get to your direct beach access.
Inside, you'll find a spacious living room with gorgeous vaulted ceilings and ample windows to take in the exceptional ocean views! Relax and unwind on the jumbo sectional sofa and watch your favorite shows together on the large flatscreen TV. A few steps away is the fully equipped chef's kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, plenty of counter space, and a beautiful kitchen island with bar seating for up to 3. When you're ready to sit down for a meal together, the bright and airy dining area has seating for up to 8.
And, when it's time to rest and recharge, you'll find each bedroom is equipped with smart TVs and ceiling fans. The primary suite is on the second floor and boasts a king-size bed along with a private oceanside balcony where you can escape for a quiet moment away from it all. We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, a dishwasher pod, a washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.
As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
