Step into the cozy living room, where a reclining loveseat and an overstuffed chair and a half invite you to sink down and stream a favorite movie on the wall-mounted Smart TV. Natural light floods this space in the day, while plenty of lamps and overhead lighting keep things bright in the evening hours as well. The bar-height dining table seats four, with an additional three barstools at the adjacent breakfast bar, and a small table tucked against the wall seats two more guests. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a deep farmhouse sink for washing up the catch of the day or fresh local produce.

Each of the four bedrooms is painted a different bright, beachy color. The coral bedroom offers a queen bed and direct access to a shared bathroom with a step-in shower stall. This bathroom connects to a seafoam green bedroom furnished with both a queen bed and a twin bed. This room also features its own large wall-mounted Smart TV for personal entertainment. The covered back porch is even more enticing, with curtains and ceiling fans available so that the space is enjoyable at all times of the day, a pair of classic rocking chairs and a cozy porch swing loaded with outdoor throw pillows. The grassy backyard is well-shaded by mature trees, and a stone fire pit ringed by Adirondack chairs offers the perfect place to share stories while roasting marshmallows in the evenings. Surrounded on three sides by a six-foot privacy fence, an extendable metal gate under the house allows you to completely enclose the backyard so kiddos and fur-babies can play.

Under the shade of the home, you’ll find a classic wooden picnic table for dining and a second outdoor table to serve from. The enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water helps you keep the sand outside when you return from the beach.
