Guest Access:
- Access to the whole house with the exception of the owner's store room.
- The indoor fireplace is decorative only and not for use.
- Please note that our outdoor fireplace is not included in the listing. However, if there is sufficient propane, you are welcome to use it. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own propane if you prefer.

For your safety, please avoid leaning against the fence near the cliff's edge and refrain from getting too close to the edge. The area is not designed for support, and approaching the edge could pose a risk. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property. If any evidence of smoking is found, the renter agrees to a penalty fee of $250.

Pet Policy: **While our standard policy is no pets allowed; we do permit authorized pets for a fee of $200 per pet per stay. If an unauthorized pet is discovered on the premises, we will require its immediate removal and impose a non-refundable fee of $500. We appreciate your understanding.
