„As others have said the building is under renovation. Our first morning there was a Friday and the crew showed up but it was raining too hard. Then the weekend so we did not have work going on while we there. We did have scaffolding in front but it didn't spoil the view or our time on the lanai. The unit is lovingly decorated and very well furnished in both the kitchen and beach equipment. The king size bed was quite comfortable, the murphy bed not as much. But the separation of space was ideal ...

„We had a very nice 4 night stay in the condo. This is a nice condo for 2 people, and you can tell the owner has made a number of upgrades to the flooring, the kitchen and the bathroom. The bed was very comfy. I think a fresh coat of paint on a few walls and updated closet doors and this place is perfect. I loved the view from the balcony during the day, but especially at night. The balcony is small, so I think a narrow bench on the balcony would be nice. The location is nice, easy to get to. ...

The appartment is well equipped and the size of the appartment is pretty good with a separate sleeping room. Only negative point is, that it is really warm and loud in the sleeping room. „Die etwas kleine aber sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft nahe am Waikiki Strand hat uns als Ausgangspunkt fuer unsere Unternehmungen gut gefallen. Leider sind die Parkmoeglichkeiten am Haus begrenzt und das Parken in den Parkgaragen in der Umgebung doch relativ teuer( 30$ pro Nacht). Im Appartement ist alles was man braucht vorhanden. „Our stay was delightful. Turtle bay for swimming plus the pool by the condo. The unit was cared for and fully equipped. Ground floor unit in a very quiet building with assigned parking. Beverly was very nice and helpful. Would definitely consider a return to this unit.“

„Vorab das Positive: Die Lage ist sensationell gut! Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir waren vor 12 Jahren schon einmal hier, damals war alles super. Jetzt waren wir ziemlich enttäuscht. Schlafcouch katastrophal: dünne Matratze auf durchgelegenem Spiraldraht, der die Kinder nicht gut schlafen ließ. Klimaanlage bläst genau auf die Schlafcouch. Master Bed dafür sehr gut. Cleaning Fee mit 225$ netto plus Tax plus Fee völlig überteuert, denn es war nicht besonders sauber. ...

„Zimmer mit perfekter Aussicht auf den Ocean und den Diamond Head am Rand von Waikiki gelegen. Nähe zum Kapiolani Park und zum Meer einfach super. Für Familien mit Selbstverpflegung optimal. Ärgerlich war die zusätzlich anfallende Resortgebühr, die vom Hotel pro Tag erhoben wurde. Wenn wir im Hotelparkhaus geparkt hätten, wären noch mal 20 Dollar tgl. dazu gekommen. Geht gar nicht. Da Hawaii u.a. auch durch den extrem schlechten Dollarkurs sehr teuer im Unterhalt geworden ist, gerade wenn man ...
