„Good property. There was a few hiccups upon arrival as manager had different arrival dates for us as what we booked but the staff in the front looked after us very well and before long we were in our villa. Other issues were airconditioner downstairs not working properly, upstairs showerhead wouldn't secure properly and upstairs vanity leaked majorly one day. „Very impressed with this villa. It was large enough for our family of 8 and very safe for an adventurous 1 year old. It was extremely clean as the cleaner and pool man attended daily. Communication with the managers was amazing and all our questions were answered. The bedrooms were all air-conditioned and wonderfully cool for a great night's sleep. Only issue was the pool did get too warm in the afternoon as it had no shade.“

„We had the most wonderful stay in Ubud at lovely Noka House. The villa itself is breathtaking along with its position near paddy fields. Lots of wildlife, birds and insects to keep us company. Nyoman, Ketut and Wayan are so gracious and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Highlights for us are the Balinese people, they are so lovely, and my trip to the Yoga barn on the back of Wayan's scooter was hilarious if not a little bit terrifying. „The house was just perfect. Komang was very helpful and friendly. She was a perfect host and we enjoyed every minute there and we felt very at home. Everything was like in the pictures or even better. A car would be helpful to get around. We can only recommend this villa.“

„Did not expect luxury for the price but I did expect the property to be better maintained. The flush button on the toilet sunk into the cistern when flushing. The aircon leaked all over the bedroom floor. No blankets. When asked for a blanket on the second day we were told that they were still being washed and would have them the next day. My daughter said her bed was very hard so she put the cushions from the outside furniture under the mattress. Could do with a microwave.“

„The Manager was so good about our feedback and gave us a refund and apologised. We had a bungalow with paper thin walls and the Airconditioning was not keeping up with the heat outside. Plus we had a mob of polish peeps that decided at 12 midnight they would carry on around the pool area until 2:30am getting drunk and talking yelling at each other with no respect for anyone else!“

„Die Aussicht ist ein Traum und die Villa wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Viel Platz und ein Ambiente zum wohlfühlen. Die Treppen sind bei der Hitze eine Challenge aber es wird ein Free-Shuttle zum Ohanas angeboten. Ein paar Treppen weiter rauf ist ein tolles Restaurant/ Café mit hervorragendem Frühstück. “
