A Few Things to Know Before Your Stay!



We want your arrival at Peninsula to be easy and stress-free! Here are a few important details to help you plan your getaway.



Minimum Stay Policy



Peninsula's condominium regulations require all reservations to cover at least 5 nights.



You may still find our property when searching for shorter stays, but all confirmed bookings must meet the 5-night minimum, even if you plan to stay fewer nights.



Planning a quick getaway? Send us a message! We'll gladly help you find our best available rate for the required 5-night reservation.



Check-in & Check-out



- Check-in: From 3:00 PM. Our staff is available to welcome you between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Arriving later? Please contact your host to coordinate.

- Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Before leaving, please turn off the AC and let your host know you've checked out.

- Last-minute bookings: Reservations made after 9:00 PM the night before arrival or on the day of check-in will be ready from 6:00 PM.



Before You Arrive



To ensure a smooth check-in, please send us the full names of all guests and your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before arrival.



This information is required by the condominium to authorize access. Without it, entry may be restricted, and Del Mar cannot be held responsible for access issues resulting from missing information.



Please double-check your guest list before arrival! Once your stay begins, condominium regulations do not allow changes to the access letters.



We'll send you your access letter, condominium rules, and everything you need to know before your arrival. Check-in takes place at the main lobby.



Parking & Getting Around



The apartment is located on the 9th floor of Phase 1, with easy elevator access.



Arriving by car is the most convenient option. One complimentary parking space is available per reservation, subject to availability. Parking spaces are not individually numbered or permanently assigned to specific apartments.

Prefer to sit back and relax? Taxis and ride-sharing services are also options for getting around the area.



The property offers one complimentary parking space per reservation, subject to availability.

A Few Helpful Details for Your Stay!



We want you to feel right at home and enjoy a wonderful getaway! Here are a few things to keep in mind before your arrival.



Guest Capacity & Rates



- All guests, including children and infants, count toward the condominium's maximum occupancy, even if Airbnb doesn't include infants in the guest total.

- The nightly base rate covers up to 8 guests. Additional guests have an approximate charge of $30 USD per person, per night, without exceeding the occupancy limit.

- Visitors and pets are not permitted.



Your Home Essentials



- The kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances such as a coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. Cooking supplies like oil, salt, and pepper are not provided.

- Starter amenities are provided for approximately the first night of your stay.

- The cleaning fee covers cleaning before arrival and after departure. Daily housekeeping, laundry service, and linen changes are not included.

- One parking space is available per reservation.

- BBQ facilities are subject to availability and must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.



Condominium Amenities



The pool, spa, gym, game room, and cinema are managed by the condominium, not by Del Mar Boutique Accommodation. Their availability and operation are subject to condominium management.



Electricity & Plumbing



Your reservation includes an electricity allowance based on the season and property size. We'll share the included kWh once your booking is confirmed. Additional consumption costs $5 MXN per kWh, calculated from the initial and final meter readings.



To help protect the plumbing system, please avoid flushing any paper, including toilet paper. Kindly use the provided waste bags instead.



A Little About Our Tropical Paradise



Being surrounded by nature is part of the charm! Although we provide pest control before and after each stay, occasional insects may appear. If needed, we'll gladly arrange additional pest control at no extra charge.



Small beach mosquitoes, known as gnats, are also common in the area. We recommend bringing insect repellent for a more comfortable beach experience.



Nuevo Vallarta is a growing destination, so occasional daytime construction noise may be heard nearby.



A Few Final Notes



- Please keep track of your belongings, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or forgotten items.

- Some furniture or decorative details may differ slightly from the photos due to maintenance or replacement. Decorative items such as wine, fruit, and flowers are not included.
