The space

Set within Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta in Flamingos, this entire condo sleeps up to 9 guests across 4 bedrooms with 5 beds and 2.5 baths. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the interior cool year-round, and WiFi - along with a dedicated workspace - keeps you connected when needed. Self check-in and 24-hour building staff mean arrivals are smooth at any hour, and the building elevator adds ease for guests coming and going with luggage. Clothing storage, room-darkening shades, and a safe help longer stays feel settled from day one.

Please note: the maximum capacity of 9 guests includes adults, children, and babies equally, in line with condominium rules. Guest 9 must be a minor under 15 years old. Airbnb does not charge for or count babies under 2 years old toward the total, so please factor this in personally to avoid any misunderstandings on arrival.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms and 5 beds accommodate groups of up to 9. Extra pillows, blankets, and bed linens are provided, and room-darkening shades in each room make it easy to sleep in after a late evening out.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in comfort - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and wine glasses. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all provided. A dining table, BBQ grill, and barbecue utensils give you the option of outdoor meals as well. Coffee is available to get mornings started.



Outdoor living & resort amenities

The private patio or balcony and fenced backyard - complete with outdoor furniture and a hammock - offer a comfortable place to ease into the day or wind down in the evening. Beach access puts the shore within reach, and the shared outdoor heated infinity pool is open year-round from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Guests also enjoy resort access to nearby facilities. For active days, bikes, a kayak, and beach essentials - including beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are available. Free parking is provided both in the garage and on the street.



Entertainment

Inside, a TV, ping pong table, and pool table give guests plenty to do on slower days or evenings in.



Family-friendly features

Traveling with little ones? A crib (paid), Pack 'n play/Travel crib, high chair, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, window guards, and an indoor children's playroom make the stay more comfortable for families. Here are some points to take into account:



1) The apartment has a guest capacity.

The maximum capacity of the unit integrates adults, children and babies, since according to the rules of the condominium all count equally.

The platform as such does not charge for babies under 2 years old, nor does it count them in the total capacity, so we ask that you personally take this into account to avoid misunderstandings when you arrive at the condominium.



2) It is important to point out that the maximum capacity is _9_ people, being guest number _9_ a minor under 15 years old.



3) The final cost may vary depending on the number of nights, number of guests and date of reservation.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.





-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._4_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.

Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



There parking has no fee and you can use the assigned space for your apartment.

This apartment has only one parking space.

Please notice that is not allowed for any visitors and/or friends to park in the complex.
