The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and all necessary dining utensils to prepare delicious home cooked meals which can be enjoyed at the dining table. The sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom featuring a comfortable queen bed and a second bedroom furnished with 2 single beds, making it perfect for families or small groups. The full bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. For added convenience, guests have access to laundry facilities with a washer and dryer located within the unit. Outside, you can enjoy the communal swimming pool.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, which includes two comfortable bedrooms, a full bathroom, a cozy living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. You can unwind on your private balcony, which offers beautiful views. In addition to these private spaces, you are welcome to enjoy the communal swimming pool located on the property. We also provide a dedicated parking space on the premises for your convenience, and you will have full use of the laundry facilities with a washer-dryer located inside the unit.

For those arriving by air, the International Airport is approximately a fifteen to twenty minute drive from our apartment. While public transportation options like local buses are available along the main roads, having a car allows for the most flexibility when visiting the surrounding tourist spots in Nuevo Vallarta.
