Evenings invite you back from the beach for a quiet swim or a relaxed dinner prepared at home, surrounded by the calm atmosphere of Nuevo Vallarta.



This entire condo accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2 baths, offering space to settle in comfortably. The layout is designed to feel both elegant and welcoming, creating a restful setting after sun-filled days along the coast. A private entrance allows you to come and go with ease, and self check-in with a keypad makes arrival simple.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms provide flexible options for families or small groups, with a total of 5 beds to accommodate up to 6 guests. Clothing storage with a closet helps keep everything organized during your stay, whether you’re here for a short getaway or a longer visit.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen gives you the freedom to cook at your own pace, with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and dining table for shared meals. Whether you’re preparing breakfast before heading out or enjoying a relaxed dinner indoors, the space supports easy, at-home dining.



Outdoor living & amenities

Step onto your private patio or balcony to enjoy the tropical climate, or unwind beside the outdoor pool. Shared beach access places the sand and sea within easy reach, while paid resort access offers the option to enjoy additional nearby facilities. Central air conditioning keeps the space cool, and Wifi and TV offer entertainment and connectivity throughout your stay. A free washer in unit adds convenience for beach days and extended visits. Free parking garage on premises and free street parking make coming and going easy.

Nuevo Vallarta is known for its accessible beaches and warm, humid-tropical climate, with an average temperature around 28°C. Located along the Pacific coast in Banderas Bay, the area offers miles of shoreline and a relaxed coastal setting ideal for spending time together, whether you’re strolling along the sand or simply enjoying the steady ocean breeze.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no.__6__ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 5 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 20 * dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __6__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.





-No guests allowed



-Pets are not allowed



-No change of linens during your stay.



-The amenities provided are for a single night's sustenance.

-We are a company that is committed to the environment, we appreciate your support with a conscious use of electricity consumption.



-The maintenance and administration of the common areas of the condominium are not under the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.





-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
