The Space:

Sleeping arrangements

This entire condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests with two bedrooms, three beds, and two full bathrooms. Each bedroom includes bed linens, cotton linens, room-darkening shades, and closet storage, offering a restful environment for couples, friends, or families. A paid crib is available for guests traveling with infants.



Living spaces

The condo is a single level home with no stairs, accessible by elevator, making it easy to move throughout the space. Central air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable in the tropical climate, while natural light enhances the open feel of the living areas. Wifi and Smart TVs provide convenient entertainment and connectivity between beach outings and pool time.



Kitchen & dining

A kitchen is available for preparing meals during your stay, along with a dining table for shared moments. The space supports simple, relaxed dining whether you are enjoying breakfast before heading to the beach or a quiet evening meal indoors.



Outdoor living & shared amenities

Step outside to your private patio or balcony with outdoor furniture and take in the garden view. The property is waterfront with shared beach access, allowing you to enjoy the nearby sand and ocean whenever you like. Guests can also spend time in the outdoor pool and shared common areas, offering additional space to relax and enjoy the coastal setting.

Set right next to the water in Nuevo Vallarta, the condo provides a setting where ocean air, greenery, and gentle coastal surroundings come together to create a peaceful environment throughout the year.



Parking, access & services

Free parking garage on premises and free street parking are available. Self check-in is provided via keypad for added convenience. A free washer and dryer are located in the unit, and long term stays are allowed for 28 days or more.



Important notes & fees

The cleaning fee covers cleaning before and after your stay only - no cleaning or laundry service is included during the stay. The nightly rate covers 1 to 4 guests; additional guests beyond this generate an extra charge of approximately 15 dollars per person per night, though total occupancy may not exceed four guests. Electricity consumption is included up to a set kilowatt allowance determined by season and unit size and shared after booking confirmation. Excess usage is charged at 5 pesos per additional kilowatt. Pets are not allowed, and no unregistered guests or visitors are permitted.



Nuevo Vallarta is an actively developing area, and daytime construction noise may occur nearby. Due to the tropical environment, insects such as gnats may appear, and fumigation is performed before and after each reservation, with additional fumigation available during your stay if needed.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no._8_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 4 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 * dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __4__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.

-The maintenance and administration of the common areas of the condominium are not under the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.





-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
