„We had a great stay. The property is beautiful and our suite was lovely. We had just a couple of minor complaints.There is no hair conditioner provided, and none available, apparently. Our shower didn't drain well, and we were standing in ankle deep water during showers. Some of the food in the Bistro was bad (chicken shawarma sandwich and tortilla soup). Also, I left a shirt behind in the room, and felt that not enough was done by the staff to help locate it when I called.“

„I was in Mazatlán and I came across this property. There was no days blocked off on the calendar for the days I chose to stay so I booked it. I paid just shy of 2900.00 and after the payment was accepted the host messaged me and said that I cannot have the house as there is already people staying at this house. Well I booked this house on December 3rd and because I booked it within the 24hr time frame I couldn’t cancel. So I have been back and forth with VRBO about this issue. It is now December ...

„There hotel is absolutely lovely and feels like a vacation! The rooms are very spacious and the ceilings are ridiculously tall. The location is on the quietest end of the malecón and somehow doesn't get too noisy, for being on it. After staying in the Golden Zone and here, I much prefer being closer to the historic center for atmosphere, good food and people watching. The only downside is the very small pool - it's the size of a 2-3 bathtubs, 4 feet deep, so definitely not for swimming but just ...

„Room was very clean. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The beach was better than expected. Food choices were very good and the food was good. Bars didn’t open until 10:00 am. Not much for entertainment in the evenings. Rooms were almost too big. Ha. Very nice. Elevators were great. It was nice to have a hot tub by the Adults only pool. The area was very nice and safe. Being able to go to the other resorts was really nice too. Overall, it was a great experience and would go back again. “
